About Core
Core Climbing design and make climbing holds. We are based in Sheffield, UK.
Core Climbing was formed in 2008 by three Sheffield-based climbers, Tim Marsh, Stephen Royle and Leo Moger.
Being the keen climbers we are, having the legendary Peak District right on our doorstep is a great inspiration. Running our own business means we have to work hard. But being our own bosses means we can occasionally cheekily nip out if conditions are exceptional. And as climbing real rocks is how we get our ideas, technically this could be classsed as work!
However, most of our time our time we spend inside our factory, making holds, book keeping, improving our products and everything that needs doing running a successful business. We are pretty serious, really and our main objectives are to simply make the best holds and deliver the best service possible!
